Jiaxin "Claire" Wu has over ten years of experience in the legal profession, having worked at several nationally renowned law firms. She has accumulated extensive practical experience in cross-border investment and financing, serving clients across various industries, including banking, high technology, and e-commerce, as well as high-net-worth individuals. Notable transactions in her cross-border investment and financing practice include: an equity investment project by an investment platform under China Merchants Group in a U.S. company, the offshore U.S. dollar bond issuance for Shaanxi Xixian New Area Airport New City Development & Construction Group, and a $100 million offshore bond project for Jiaozuo Investment Group. Additionally, Jiaxin has been involved in and led multiple cross-border bond and loan projects for major financial institutions, representing clients such as ICBC (Asia), China Export-Import Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China New York Branch, Bank of China London Branch, and Citibank Singapore Branch.
