Work on cases that cross oceans
At LawMay P.C., we represent clients in complex, fast-moving intellectual property disputes with global implications. From urgent TROs and preliminary injunctions to declaratory judgment actions, non-infringement defenses, and brand protection, our matters demand precision, speed, and creativity. With an integrated team in Sacramento and Shenzhen, we operate as one office across two continents.

Build skills that matter
You will work directly on substantive filings, coordinate evidence across time zones, and see your contributions make an immediate difference in U.S. federal court proceedings.
Grow in a truly global practice
Our cross-Pacific presence gives us unique access to U.S. courtrooms and Asia’s manufacturing hubs. Whether you are in Sacramento or Shenzhen, you will be part of a team that moves seamlessly between jurisdictions, blends legal advocacy with practical execution, and delivers measurable results for our clients.
