Her practice covers patent enforcement and non-infringement analysis, TTAB opposition and cancellation proceedings, domain name disputes, trademark prosecution and portfolio strategy, as well as IP compliance and risk management.
She also assists with dispute resolution and settlement negotiations in the cross-border e-commerce sector and supports U.S. IP litigation matters, with familiarity in handling complex procedures and practical issues arising in Sino-U.S. cross-border disputes.
