Ms. Wu specializes in providing full-scope legal services to Chinese companies, executives, and technical professionals seeking to do business in the United States, including U.S. corporate formation and governance, investment and financing transactions, employment-based visa and immigration matters, and intellectual property compliance and litigation. Drawing on a deep understanding of both the Chinese and U.S. legal systems, she delivers integrated solutions that combine a China-domestic perspective with U.S. compliance standards.

Ms. Wu has more than ten years of legal experience and has practiced at several nationally renowned law firms, accumulating extensive experience in cross-border investment and financing, with clients across banking, high technology, e-commerce, and high-net-worth individuals.

Her principal cross-border investment and financing matters include an equity investment by an investment platform under China Merchants Group into a U.S. company; the offshore USD bond issuance of Shaanxi Xixian New Area Airport New City Development & Construction Group; and the USD 100 million offshore bond project of Jiaozuo Investment Group.

In addition, Ms. Wu has led or participated in numerous cross-border bond and loan projects for major financial institutions, representing clients including ICBC (Asia), the Export-Import Bank of China, ICBC New York Branch, Bank of China London Branch, and Citibank Singapore Branch.
