These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.lawmayus.com and its language versions (the “Site”). The Site is operated by LawMay P.C. (“LawMay,” “the Firm,” “we” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Site.

All content on this Site — including practice area descriptions, insights articles, matter summaries, attorney biographies and any figures or data — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice on any specific matter. It does not necessarily reflect the opinions of the Firm or any of its lawyers or clients.

• scrape, mirror or copy Site content at scale by automated means for commercial purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s servers, administrative systems or other visitors’ data;
• introduce viruses or other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the proper operation of the Site;
• impersonate the Firm or its attorneys, or use the Firm’s logo or trade names in any way likely to cause confusion.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

This Site is accessible worldwide. The foregoing does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that applicable law does not permit to be waived by agreement.

The Firm may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
