Minzhi "Gigi" Wu (Of Counsel) represents multinational companies and individual clients in high-stakes IP and commercial disputes within China, and serves as a partner and Head of IP at Landing Law Offices (Shenzhen).
Biography
Ms. Wu's practice spans litigation, enforcement, and strategic counseling on trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret, and unfair competition disputes, as well as disputes arising from OEM (original equipment manufacturing) contracts.
She has secured landmark wins and settlements for technology, consumer-goods, and manufacturing clients from the United States, Europe, and Japan, with some rulings recognized and publicly released as landmark cases by provincial judicial and market-regulatory authorities in China.
She is committed to combining dispute resolution with strategic compliance and IP portfolio planning, helping clients navigate China's legal and business environment with confidence.
