Biography
Cases handled by Ms. Zhang have been selected for the "2024 Supreme People’s Court IP Tribunal Case Digest (No. 60)" and the "2024 Shenzhen Courts Typical IP Cases."
A contract dispute she handled involved an amount in controversy of RMB 320 million in a single case and saved the client RMB 40 million in expenses; she has also handled numerous invention, utility-model, and design patent infringement and invalidity cases involving semiconductor chips, touch products, and sensors, and has represented clients in e-commerce platform IP complaints, administrative IP complaints, trademark rights confirmation, and unfair competition matters.
Her clients have included leading technology and advanced-manufacturing companies, semiconductor and consumer-electronics enterprises, and several regional IP protection centers and government science-and-technology bodies in China.
